Eating out in Penang
Not many Vietnamese restaurants, I have only come across two so far.
1. Miss Saigon Vietnamese Cuisine

2. Com Viet Vietnamese Restaurant

comments : some dishes are prepared by chefs from Hilton hotel and Nikko hotel

i went to Miss Saigon vietnamese restaurant at e-gate penang recently with my family, these are my feedback :
1. taste - the beef noodle soup was a big let down, soup was tasteless and beef was tough. this is supposed to be the main basic dish for vietnamese restaurant and it was disappointing. we also tried the dry chicken noodle, this one taste better though.
2. service - the service was so so only, the manager was not very friendly. the junior staffs were better.
3. pricing - we had 4 bowls of noodles and one combo springroll and two drinks....total RM101....not cheap
